Bike Mobility Services (BMS) is looking for a Team Lead Financial Control to support our ever growing international business. The Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) plays a crucial role in this fast paced environment, therefore this is a new role and new initiative where you have the freedom to design your role towards success for our FSSC and our labels in 6 countries around the world. THE ROLE
As Team Lead Financial Control you proactively design and deploy an effective and fit for purpose internal control environment across the group. Together with the team you ensure timely, accurate and compliant financial reporting. Your tasks consist of, amongst others, guiding and supporting the controllers, managing external audits, working closely with stakeholders and creating policy and control documentation, leveraging on synergies between the different operating companies, taking part in the implementation of the new financial reporting system and focusing on constant process- and quality improvements to safeguard compliance, scalability and quality in an internationally growing organization. You can leverage the expertise of the FSSC team within Bike Mobility Services and Pon.
Wat vragen we van jou
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum of Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant Master's;
- Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in finance, with at least 1-2 years experience in a leading role;
- Availability to work 32-40 hours per week;
- Business fluent Dutch and English both verbal and written, German is a big plus;
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding an organizational culture and ability to establish relationships both externally and internally;
- Ability to manage local / global stakeholders in a remote working environment;
- High energy, motivated and authentic personality with a solution oriented mentality and some guts to be process critical and make things happen;
- Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a young and enthusiastic team;
- A fun person to be around;
- A valid working permit for the Netherlands.

- The freedom to Act to make this a successful role with a future proof approach, because of the new role this role will start with a one year contract, however with the intention to transfer into a permanent contract.
