Once occupied by “De Nederlandsche Bank”, our boutique hotel with 63 rooms, restaurant, speakeasy bar and 2 meeting rooms/private dining borrows some of these unique elements in its décor. Visible leadership; You must be a visible presence on the floor at key times.
Ensure all staff is properly trained on quality and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
Strategic thoughts on how to run your business
Weekly re-occuring jobs include ordering, planning, making rosters.
Knowledgeable about global market trends and changes
Required Skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, colleagues and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Good Communication and writing skills.
Has excellent knowledge of the English and preferable Dutch language in both oral and written communication.
Ensure that all meals are prepared and presented according to the standard and within the guidelines.
Ensure that all workplaces are clean and tidy and cross-contamination is prevented
Reporting maintenance, hygiene and risk problems.
Comply with fire and safety regulations and HACCP standards
