In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of company car and transportation benefits across multiple countries, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for employees, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. You will provide high-level support, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to delivering an excellent employee experience.
You will work closely with various HR and People Solutions teams, including Payroll, Data Management, HR Systems, Advisory, and the Benefits Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation and operational delivery of electric vehicle company car programs and home-charging solutions.
- Managing end-to-end car and mobility benefits throughout the employee lifecycle, including lease car ordering, delivery, extensions, returns, and surplus management.
- Acting as a key point of contact for employee and vendor queries related to transportation benefits.
- Performing payroll reporting, eligibility checks, Benefit in Kind processing, and auditing.
- Managing and monitoring vendor performance and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes, with a strong focus on efficiency and employee experience.
- Mapping processes and creating clear and accurate work instructions.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements, system integrations, and new benefit solutions.
- Applying a structured problem-solving approach to internal and external business challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and knowledge resources.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education.
- 1 year of directly relevant professional experience; candidates with alternative educational backgrounds may also be considered.
- A critical and analytical mindset with a strong interest in improving and streamlining processes.
- Experience with vendor performance management.
- Affinity with HR systems; experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow is considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external partners.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Strong interest in supporting employees and contributing to a positive employee experience.
- Excellent proficiency in English; additional European languages are considered a plus.
- Currently residing in Hilversum or the surrounding area.
