Responsibilities
- Check and process sales orders in internal systems
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational follow-up
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams on execution and planning
- Prepare basic documentation (forms, labels, order details)
- Handle repair / return orders and internal queries by email or phone
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role, i.e. Sales Support or B2B admin
- You speak excellent English
- You are available 40 hours a week;
- You are accurate, efficient, well-organized, and stress resistant
