The roleWe’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our customer acquisition efforts across paid and organic channels. You’ll own our demand generation and capture strategy, from Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to SEO & AI‑powered search platforms. This role is based at our headquarters in Amsterdam and requires 32‑40 hours per week. You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with international sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
What you’ll do- Manage and optimise paid channels including paid search, paid social, and software comparison sites (G2, Capterra)
- Experiment with emerging channels and optimise for AI search visibility
- Develop and execute ABM strategies for high‑value accounts
- Build and optimise the funnel from awareness to sales‑accepted opportunities
- Create campaigns with product marketing and design targeting prioritised accounts and segments
- Run email programmes and targeted campaigns with product marketing to drive pipeline
- Design and optimise landing pages to maximise lead quality
- Analyse performance across channels and translate insights into action
- Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality to ensure accurate reporting and campaign effectiveness
- 5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience with demonstrated success in customer acquisition, ideally in SaaS
- Hands‑on expertise with paid channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms
- Experience with account‑based marketing strategies and execution
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics into strategy
- Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and geographies
- Excellent English proficiency (Dutch language skills are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing tools like Apollo, Supermetrics, Looker Studio, and Ahrefs
- Experience with AI tools and automation for marketing optimisation
- Start‑up or scale‑up experience – you thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Salary range: €4,800 – €5,800 per month, based on experience and qualifications
