As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Configure, manage, and maintain Azure DevOps projects including pipelines, repositories (Git), environments, and access controls.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, controlled, and auditable deployments.
• Automate build, test, and release processes across multiple environments.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to strengthen DevOps practices and improve delivery efficiency.
• Promote a security-first mindset across CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve pipeline performance and reliability.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices for DevOps processes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6–8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Azure DevOps.
• In‑depth expertise in Azure DevOps configuration and administration.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, including build and release pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
• Experience managing environments and deployment workflows in Azure DevOps.
• Hands‑on exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud‑based application delivery.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Design scalable and reusable CI/CD pipelines aligned with enterprise standards.
• Work closely with developers to improve code quality, deployment reliability, and delivery speed.
• Apply security best practices within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and delivery models.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and DevOps culture within Agile teams.
