- Lead dynamic workshops using agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking.
- Drive cultural and organizational change for smooth tech adoption.

- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering impactful solutions.
- Degree in Business, IT, Psychology, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in change management.
- Prosci, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
