Solution Architect (ID:3415)

As a Solution Architect, you will:

• Design, build, and govern enterprise-scale data architectures and data models that align with business and analytical requirements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and Architects to deliver optimal, future-ready data solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain business and physical data models, ensuring alignment across delivery teams.
• Act as the custodian of data models, owning modelling standards, principles, and best practices.
• Define and enforce data modelling methodologies, including 3NF, Dimensional, and Data Vault.
• Design end-to-end analytical and data warehousing architectures supporting reporting and advanced analytics.
• Ensure solutions align with the target-state architecture while being well-documented and centrally managed.
• Collaborate with the broader architecture community to promote standardization, alignment, and innovation.
• Drive data design best practices by incorporating modern industry advancements, including machine learning and scalable algorithmic techniques.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Data Modeller.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, and analytical end-to-end design.
• Strong hands‑on experience with data modelling methodologies: Third Normal Form (3NF), Dimensional Modelling, Data Vault.
• Proven experience working with large, complex, and high‑volume data sets.
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake and modern cloud‑based data platforms.
• Solid understanding of Data Vault architecture and implementation principles.
• Awareness of modern data engineering and analytics trends, including machine learning at scale.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Design scalable, maintainable, and business‑aligned data architectures.
• Assess the impact of changing requirements and recommend optimal design solutions.
• Balance short‑term delivery needs with long‑term architectural vision.
• Clearly communicate complex architectural concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and architecture communities.
