YOUR ROLE

For our multi-user site in Amsterdam, we are looking for a new Customer Service Employee. As a Customer Service Employee, you are an important link in the contact with our various (industrial) customers. With your communication skills and customer orientation, you are able to build strong customer relationships! Your challenge is to handle all incoming requests, questions and complaints and to help the customer in the best possible way. You can flexibly arrange your time between office hours and report to the Customer Service Manager.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Customer Service Employee, you will monitor order processing through various channels. Occurring errors or problems in the process are reported by you and you then take a proactive approach. You also maintain continuous contact with customers to manage expectations and discuss progress.

 

As a customer service employee, you will additionally:

  • Handle customer queries as best as possible;
  • Monitor orders and ensure achievement of KPIs;
  • Can be found a lot in the warehouse to investigate mistakes made;
  • Proactively address customer queries, challenges and requests;
  • Be able to hold both the customer and the operation accountable for mistakes made.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone with experience in a B2B Business. With your entrepreneurial attitude and communicative skills there is no problem that cannot be solved.

 

Good customer relations and taking your team to the next level are your top priorities. In addition, you are stress-resistant and show flexibility towards your colleagues. You will bring with you the following knowledge and experience:

 

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service;
  • MBO work and thinking level;
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage;
  • Customer service targeted and communicative;

  • A gross monthly salary between €2,517.38 and €3,443.16 (grading depending on your work experience and level of education);
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Working conditions in accordance with our own CEVA CLA, including 25 holidays and 5 ADV (for full-time employment);
  • Profit distribution of up to 3% in the event of positive operating results;
  • Good pension scheme, travel allowance and 8% holiday pay
  • The opportunity to develop yourself through courses and training via our CEVA Academy
