Dit is jouw rol

In this role, you'll design and build cloud-native, serverless data solutions. You'll work on ETL pipelines, APIs and event-driven data flows. You'll help define and evolve the architecture of our central Consumer Data Hub. Thanks to your work, we can offer customers personalised delivery options, enriched consumer profiles and real-time journey orchestration.

You'll also mentor and coach engineers on technical decisions, CI/CD processes and best practices. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Consumer IT to ensure alignment with strategic business goals. Your contribution will be key to the innovation and growth of our digital platform.

You'll be part of the Consumer Data Platform team within the Consumer Engineering department. Your platform plays a central role in the Consumer Department and supplies other teams with relevant and personalised data at the right time for more than 10 million consumers. You'll join the Consumer Data Hub (CCB) team in the Consumer Engineering department. We're a close-knit team of 8 (PO, Scrum Master, Solution Consultant, Test Analyst, and Data Engineers) with a serverless-first mindset. You're a tech-savvy leader with vision. You combine deep technical knowledge with leadership and know how to guide a team to the next level - both technically and personally.

You also have the following qualities:

• You have experience designing cloud-native ETL solutions using Python and SQL.
• You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• You know how to work with event-driven architecture and microservices.
• You have experience mentoring and coaching technical teams.
• You're comfortable with building Serverless solutions on top of Amazon Web Services (AWS); we use Lambda, Glue, Athena, EventBridge, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, and other similar products offered, and CDK to manage & deploy our services.
