As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate on a mission-critical application that collects, combines and enriches logistics information. Using the latest AWS Serverless technology and C#, you will ensure that our systems are always reliable and available.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Platform Logistical Information, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our platform. You will work in a DevOps Scrum team of colleagues on an AWS Serverless infrastructure with C# and services such as DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Lambda and API Gateways. The platform focusses on an event-driven architecture to ensure the latest available data to its users.

The platform is responsible for collecting, enriching and providing logistics information to both internal and external stakeholders so that they can make choices based on this data. As a developer, you are constantly looking to solve complex issues simply. Your efforts will contribute to our mission to remain the Netherlands' favourite delivery company.

The Platform Logistical Information team works in a DevOps style and consists of a platform owner, scrum master and four developers. This team works solidly, gives and receives feedback and thinks through problems and solutions carefully. Together, we build PostNL-wide IT best-practices and innovations within the IT organisation.

• Salary between €4.280 and €7.052 gross per month (scale 11/12) at 37 hours per week.

You are passionate about technology and want to continue programming in C# with AWS serverless within a CI/CD and microservices architecture. In your role as Senior Software Engineer, you enjoy working collaboratively within your team and with stakeholders outside.

Furthermore, you recognise yourself in:

• Designing cloud-native microservices architecture and integrating adjacent application domains.
• Maximum utilisation of AWS (Serverless) building blocks.
• Experience in a similar environment within a mission critical IT/tech environment.
• Experience with C#, AWS Cloud, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with CDK and pipeline engineering.
