As a Technical Support Engineer, you play a key role in integrating our security and licensing solutions into our customers’ software architectures.

Tasks
What will you do?
- Provide technical guidance for the integration of the CodeMeter SDK into customer software
- Advise on security architectures (licensing flows, activation processes, container and cloud scenarios)
- Analyze and mitigate reverse engineering risks
- Troubleshoot at OS, network, and application level
- Support on-premise and cloud deployments
- Act as a technical sparring partner for developers, architects, and IT specialists
Requirements
What do you bring?
- Basic programming knowledge (C, C++, C#, Java and/or Python)
- Experience with Windows, Linux and/or macOS
- Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP)
- Affinity with Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud environments
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Additional languages (German, French, or Spanish) are a strong advantage
- Curious mindset, strong analytical skills, and enjoyment in solving technical puzzles
