Manpower is looking for a Shift Supervisor for a company in IJmuiden.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and coordinate offshore technician teams, including approving team and equipment deployment, to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Develop annual operational plans and manage shift schedules in close collaboration with the client.

• Prepare work orders, issue work permits, and lead daily briefings and toolbox meetings.

• Ensure overall work quality and full compliance with safety and performance standards.

• Maintain close cooperation with the client, consistently delivering efficient, high-quality, and timely offshore services that exceed expectations.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills, productivity, and collaboration.

• Monitor, track, and report both scheduled and unscheduled work progress to the client.

• Participate in offshore operations to verify quality and efficiency, providing technical support in the event of malfunctions or operational challenges.

Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are from Monday to Friday, with occasional offshore assignments.
