For our client, who are specialized in garden furniture we are looking for a Fulltime Warehouse Team Leader in Roosendaal. You will receive a gross monthly salary between €3.600 and €4.100 based on fulltime employment, depending on your knowledge and experience. You will start with a temporary employment contract, with the possibility of a permanent position if you perform well.
As a Fulltime Warehouse Team Leader, you play an important role in ensuring that the daily logistics operations run smoothly. Within this warehouse, garden furniture is stored, processed and prepared for shipment. Together with the working foremen, you are responsible for the daily management of the warehouse and make sure that employees and processes work together efficiently.
What will you do as a Warehouse Team Leader?As a Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for the smooth running of the daily activities within your department. You provide structure, keep an overview and ensure that safety, quality and productivity remain at the required level.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing, coaching and motivating the working foremen and employees within your department;
- Planning and coordinating daily activities and monitoring progress;
- Ensuring an efficient deployment of employees, equipment and resources;
- Monitoring an accurate and efficient flow of goods and focusing on quality and productivity;
- Ensuring that working methods, working hours, breaks and safety regulations are followed;
- Maintaining order, cleanliness and safety within the warehouse;
- Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas to improve processes and working methods;
- Conducting performance, progress and absence meetings with employees;
- Ensuring sufficient supervision and guidance during daily operations;
- Coordinating daily with other team leaders, working foremen, the Logistics Planner and Warehouse Manager;
- Acting as a point of contact for other departments within the organisation.

Wie ben je?- You have at least an MBO+ level of education and thinking, preferably in a logistics-related field;
