About the Role This role supports the QA Consumer Packaging activities at one of the key production sites. The specialist ensures daily quality assurance, contributes to product release processes, and drives short-term improvements. The role involves autonomy, hands-on investigation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain production continuity and elevate quality standards.
Responsibilities- Execute validations and verifications
- Follow up actions from quality investigations
- Monitor and report on project results
- Lead or support short-term improvement initiatives
- Perform observation rounds on the production floor
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements
- Support product release activities when needed
- HBO-level education or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience in QA, ideally in food or similar production environment
- Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive and collaborative working style
- Ability to take initiative and ask the right questions
- Experience with SAP is considered an advantage
