Wat je gaat doen

As a production employee in our IBC department, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality industrial containers that meet the needs of our customers. Working in a 5-shift rotation, you’ll ensure smooth production processes while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role is perfect for someone with a hands-on mentality, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn on the job.

What You Will Do:

• assemble: steel pallets and frames to support industrial containers
• finish: metal parts to prepare them for production
• inspect: products coming off the machines to ensure they meet quality standards
• troubleshoot: minor issues and assist colleagues with production tasks
• maintain: a clean and safe working environment in your designated area

• Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach.
• Physically fit for demanding production tasks.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a structured 5-shift schedule.
• Communicate effectively in Dutch and/or English (B1 level).

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00
