This isn't your average "pick up the phone and follow a basic script" kind of job. You're part of a fast-moving team that's building the future of smart energy solutions across Europe. With every call, message, or follow-up, you bring people one step closer to cleaner, smarter charging: at home, at work, or on the go.
You'll be the first voice people hear when they reach out with interest. Or the one who gets them curious in the first place, of course. Whether it's a potential partner, a new customer, or a distributor who needs a quick answer, you make sure they feel heard, helped, and ready to move forward.
Your week is a mix of qualifying leads, following up on warm interest, jumping on inbound chats or emails, and proactively reaching out to new potential customers. You set up meetings, answer product questions. Don't worry, you'll get trained well by cool people! Also, you keep the CRM clean and up to date.
You'll work closely with account execs and the broader sales team across markets. All this you do in fluent Norwegian and solid English. Yes you can switch smoothly between conversations and support customers in their native language. Long story short: you're not just supporting sales-you are you, the spark that gets things moving and the glue that holds it all together.
I want this! But what do they need from me?
If you've got the energy, the people skills, and you speak fluent Norwegian, German and English, then yes, you're already off to a great start.
You've worked in sales or customer service before, so you know how to spot an opportunity, hold a good chat, and leave people with a solid impression. Bonus points if you've done outbound sales. With your sparkle, you are never afraid to reach out for that first connection. You're organized (a messy desk is okay), quick on your feet, and know how to handle a few tasks at the same time. CRM-tools like Salesforce or others are no problem anymore. You're the kind of person who figures things out fast and takes action the majority of the time. And when something's unclear, you ask, learn, and get it done.
