What we intend to do together- Collaborate in Scrum Teams:Work within a Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework, collaborating with multiple teams to integrate and demonstrate software in a unified product.
- Design and Develop Software Solutions:Create and implement software solutions and components using relevant tools and methodologies.
- Investigate and Resolve Issues:Actively participate in issue investigation to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Enhance Best Practices:Follow and improve best practices, with a strong focus on enhancing user experience.
- Leverage High-Tech Techniques:Apply advanced methods and techniques to improve radar systems through software solutions.
- Integrate and Test Software Subproducts: As an integrator, focus on integrating and testing software subproducts within your assigned scrum team.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate (both internally and externally) and work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- You have a degree in a technical field (engineering, technical informatics, electrical engineering, or similar).
- You have more than 10 years of experience in software development or software integration, ideally in real-time environments.
- Your strong knowledge of C, C++, as well as experience working with Linux sets you apart.
- You have experience with Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, and Continuous Integration (CI).
- You understand the complexity of software solutions in real-time systems and know how to successfully integrate and optimize them.
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ideally, you also have knowledge of German.
- You are willing to travel regularly, including internationally.
