About the position:We are looking for an HR Business Partner who is ready to support our employees from start to finish. You will play a major role in the Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Employee onboarding, and retention of our talent while providing strategic partnership to local Business Stakeholders. You will be part of the HR team for the Netherlands.
Tasks and responsibilities:- Optimizing and managing the Employee Journey
- Helping to promote our work, culture, and employee engagement throughout the organization
- Supporting recruitment activities from start to finish for all positions
- Maintaining HRM system data and generating reports for HR impact analyses
- 5 years of experience in an HR-related role in a demanding environment
- 2+ yrs of strong HR Business Partnership experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Chris or Avature
- Business acumen and passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English
