What are your responsibilities?
Passionate hospitality professional with 1-2 years of guest request handling experience. Provide personalized service by arranging transportation, reservations, and excursions. Share detailed information about the hotel and local attractions in Amsterdam and the Netherlands, including special events. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and build strong guest relationships. Stay updated on current activities and offer personalized recommendations. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
What makes you the perfect fit?
Have a degree in hospitality & at least 1-2 years’ work experience with an international hotel chain.
Are very well known with the local attractions in Amsterdam.
Can communicate fluently in Dutch & English, other language is of course a plus.
Able to multi-task and solve challenges.
Are willing to work morning and evening shifts.
