• You have at least a completed higher professional education (HBO);
• You are certified as a Scrum Master;
• You have at least 2 years of work experience as a Scrum Master, though more is welcome;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• You have experience in designing and facilitating sessions for teams, including new methodologies such as liberating structures, sociocracy, or management 3.0;
• You are able to identify opportunities to support both clients and colleagues at Sopra Steria;
• Ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience with complex environments and making teams successful within that context.

You’ll become a part of a major Tech player in Europe recognised for its consulting, digital services, and software development. On top of that, you’ll join the Capital & Acceleration Team. This is the practice that focuses on continuous improvement of teams within the area of Organization & Culture Transformation. This practice plays a key role in the further development of High-Performance Teams. In practice, we develop various training sessions and workshops that we offer both internally and externally. Think of topics like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. We work on a well-stocked toolkit to ensure our colleagues and clients are well-prepared. There is also the possibility for you to take on the role of trainer or facilitator if you wish.
