1. Own the end-to-end email strategy, including transactional and marketing automation emails.
2. Build an email design system.
3. Develop, implement, and optimize email workflows and campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, design) to ensure seamless email integration with other platforms.
5. Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
6. Monitor and optimize email costs.
7. Ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant laws.
8. Manage and maintain email deliverability, including IP reputation and inbox placement.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email systems and campaigns.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance email strategy and execution continually.
