An independent consultant that is able to handle small to medium client cases on its own and/or together with a more junior team member. Handling client projects. Delivering work for clients. Collaborating with team and sharing knowledge across team to share lessons learned.
Key Accountabilities- Successfully demonstrate ownership of small-medium projects;
- Responsibility to identify and escalation problems and challenges;
- Deliver (small to medium) client engagements as lead consultant or project manager;
- Creating reports or presentations for clients
- Strong knowledge of core services, based on work experience in the field;
- Project management skills for small-medium client projects;
- Presentation skills for external presentations to clients after a project;
- Reporting skills;
- Communication skills (written and verbal, both internal and external facing)
- Tool development;
- Innovation drive
