About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our client’s leadership team and drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple production sites. This role is pivotal in shaping the people strategy, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring the workforce is engaged, skilled, and future‑ready.
As a trusted advisor to senior management, you will lead projects in talent development, workforce planning, and organizational change while ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement programs and foster a high‑performance culture.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support organizational change projects, including restructuring and cultural transformation.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits, and learning programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
- Experience in manufacturing or food production environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrix organization.
