Team Lead Operations Tilburg

Team Lead Inbound – Tilburg will lead a sub-process within the operation, specifically in the Inbound department. Together with the team, you determine the success of the logistics operations for our client Bijenkorf. You will lead the Inbound subprocess and supervise a team of 35 employees, inspiring and motivating the team to set and achieve goals while contributing to their personal and professional development.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work a single shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) at our location in Tilburg.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members, including conducting performance and appraisal reviews.
• Manage daily operations and ensure achievement of KPIs and planning targets.
• Make decisions for an optimal end-to-end process in collaboration with colleagues and the Control Room.
• Continuously improve the efficiency of people, resources, and equipment.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to the logistics process.
• Conduct measurements, create reports, and perform analyses.
• Support absence management and contribute to a healthy working environment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

• Bachelor-level thinking and working skills, with at least an MBO-4 education.
• Between 1 and 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• A natural people manager with proven leadership experience in a similar (logistics) setting.
• Ambitious, hands-on, and able to perform well under pressure in fast-paced situations.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong command of the English language, spoken and written.

• Monthly salary between €2,950 and €3,850, 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on experience and education), with opportunities for growth and career development within the organization.
