At Chromalloy Holland (CHOL) in Tilburg, we’re looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Manager who combines strong technical expertise with inspiring people leadership. In this role, you will professionalize and strengthen our technical organization, driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across our site.
You’ll lead a high-performing maintenance and facilities team and ensure our production assets and facilities deliver maximum availability and performance. From corrective maintenance to a strong preventive approach, you bring structure to processes, reduce downtime, and improve equipment reliability across semi- and fully automated production, packaging, labeling, and assembly environments.
As a member of the local Operations Leadership Team, you help shape our long-term technical and reliability strategy—working closely with colleagues across Operations, SIOP, Quality, and Engineering to keep our production lines safe, efficient, and future-ready.
In This Role, You Will:- Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians and coordinate external service providers
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure reliable operation of production assets
- Reduce unplanned downtime by prioritizing corrective actions and strengthening preventive maintenance
- Bring consistency and structure to maintenance processes and planning
- Use analytical problem-solving to identify root causes and deliver sustainable improvements
- Coordinate major maintenance activities with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Co-manage maintenance strategy and budget together with the Manager Operations
- Support new technologies and contribute to the design, commissioning, and start-up of new installations
You’re a people leader with solid technical know-how, and you thrive in an industrial environment where reliability and continuous improvement matter.
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Maintenance Engineering or equivalent experience
- 7–10 years experience as a people manager in an industrial maintenance environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance processes
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS), ideally Ultimo
- Strong communication skills, prioritization ability, and cross-functional collaboration style
- Results Driven: accountable, action-oriented, and consistent in delivering high-quality outcomes
- Business Acumen: uses data and critical thinking to turn strategy into action
- People Leadership: leads with integrity, courage, and emotional intelligence—creating psychological safety
- Organizational Agility: collaborates across functions and levels and mobilizes resources to deliver
At Chromalloy, you’ll join a dedicated team and play a key role in strengthening the reliability of our operations. We offer a competitieve package including:
- Competitive base salary + annual performance bonus eligibility
- Anticipated salary range: €75,000–€96,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
