As our new System Administrator you’ll be the go‑to person for ensuring our hotel systems run smoothly every day — from property management systems to our networks, POS terminals, and guest technology. You’ll work closely with our IT Manager and hotel teams to coordinate system setups, solve technical issues, and support ongoing rollouts across our hotels. You’re hands‑on, structured, and service‑oriented — equally comfortable configuring hardware as you are documenting procedures and helping colleagues with tech questions.
Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Support- Act as the first point of contact for IT‑related requests from our 9 hotels, restaurants, event spaces and the office.
- Troubleshoot issues with networks, printers, A/V‑and conference tools, computers, and mobile devices.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalations and maintenance.
- Monitor system uptime and ensure incidents are logged and resolved according to SLA.
- Support configuration, maintenance, and updates of key hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRM, door locks, CCTV, etc.).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and device access control.
- Maintain the IT asset inventory across all hotels and offices.
- Assist with IT setup for new hotels, system migrations, and hardware rollouts.
- Support the IT Manager in implementing new tools, integrations, and upgrades.
- Test and document new software or integrations before rollout.
- Maintain and update IT documentation (network maps, access rights, SOPs, vendor lists).
- Support training of staff and interns on standard procedures and systems.
- Ensure IT compliance and security standards are followed company‑wide.
- Assist with IT setup for new hotels, system migrations, and hardware rollouts.
- You have 2–4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality or a multi‑site environment.
- Basic knowledge of networks, hardware troubleshooting and Google Workspace.
- Experience with hotel systems (like Mews, Lightspeed, Salto, or similar) is a strong plus.
- You’re organized, proactive, and communicative — able to translate tech into plain language.
- You thrive in a fast‑moving, service‑driven environment.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
