HERE Technologies is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our team in Business Finance.

This role focuses on translating complex data and assumptions into clear, actionable insights that inform investment choices, product strategy, and partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a core finance partner, leading the development and evaluation of business cases across products, solutions, and strategic initiatives.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess revenue, cost, margin impacts, and scenario variations.

• Evaluate business‑case assumptions, identify key value drivers, and conduct sensitivity and risk analyses to support investment decisions.

• Synthesize financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Integrate business‑case outcomes into long‑term planning and forecasting frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Strategy, Platform & Technology, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on financial and strategic assumptions, challenge inputs, and consolidate outcomes into strategic recommendations viewed through financial, operational, and customer lenses.

• Translate complex technical and financial information into concise, executive‑ready materials and narratives.

• Track and measure post‑implementation performance against expected outcomes.

• Support the prioritization of investment opportunities based on strategic, financial, and customer impact.

• 10+ years of related experience in finance and strong track record of success in a complex business environment
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP), and a strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work cross‑functionally to align assumptions and drive decisions.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills—able to articulate complex financial concepts to non‑financial audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of delivering insight‑driven recommendations.

• Operate independently with the freedom to manage complex analyses and priorities.
• Influence key product, investment, and pricing decisions at a global technology leader.
