As we scale up, we’re looking for a collaborative Product Owner (24h/w) to help structure our product development and drive impactful change in how the world powers digital life.
This is a part-time role, with the possibility to grow your hours as Coolgradient expands, giving you the opportunity to make an even greater impact on the future of sustainable digital infrastructure.
🚀 Your impact zoneAs our part-time Product Owner (24h/w), you’ll be the link between strategy and execution. You’ll create clarity from chaos, help prioritize what matters most, and ensure our product delivers real value to users while supporting business goals. You’ll work closely with our CPO and Design team to shape GRADIENT’s roadmap and translate strategic ideas into actionable outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with the CPO to turn product strategy into clear priorities and actionable outcomes.
Collaborating with Design early to shape requirements and ensure features deliver real user value.
Defining and owning acceptance criteria that reflect both user and business needs.
Translating complex goals into actionable backlog items and prioritizing work for maximum impact.
Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, aligning product, design, and engineering.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar strategic delivery role. A specific degree is not required, but experience and understanding of software and technology are essential.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, including Jira or similar tools.
Experience in tech or software within startup or scale-up environments.
Strong communication skills, able to constructively challenge stakeholders, align teams, and translate ideas into actionable work.
Curious, enthusiastic and capable of structuring complex problems.
Nice-to-have: Understanding or experience in AI, data, data centers or IoT/ industrial software.
