Making a difference
Analysis of Financial Markets transactions and electronic communications relating to potential market abuse;
Promptly investigate and clearly communicate issues arising from the monitoring activities;
Assist in improving processes related to electronic communications data capture and handling;
Assist in the development and maintenance of detection scenarios for different classes of financial instruments for automated transaction surveillance;
Maintain awareness of key regulatory updates and analyse their impact upon monitoring.

Our Market Abuse & Control Room (MAC Unit) team brings together talented people to provide guidance and help to enforce internal and external regulations in relation to Market Abuse, Anti-Competition and Conflicts of Interest. The MAC Unit plays a key role in promoting and safe-guarding the integrity and reputation of the Rabobank Group globally. With you as a Compliance Monitoring Analyst the team will consist of 17 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles.

You are a Team player, proactive and motivated to learn. In addition, it's important that you recognise yourself in the requirements below:
A completed higher vocational (HBO) or university-level education, preferably in law or economics;
A minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience;
Strong analytical skills particularly relating to large and complex datasets;
Experience with and interested in collaborating on IT Projects;
Knowledge of financial markets and instruments is an advantage;
Capable of working in a demanding and varied environment;
Excellent language skills (oral and written) in English, possibly Dutch and other languages are advantageous.

A gross monthly salary between € 2.792,08 and € 3.987,51 (function group 7);
