Your role

The EBS WMS Functional Lead will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end Oracle EBS R12 Warehouse Management solutions while ensuring seamless Agile (Scrum) delivery. The role combines solution architecture, functional leadership, and Scrum facilitation, ensuring high‑quality, high‑performance warehouse and logistics solutions delivered on time and at scale.

This role requires strong Oracle WMS functional expertise, hands‑on solution design and performance engineering, and the ability to lead complex programs, manage client stakeholders (including CXO level), and coordinate onsite‑offshore teams.

• Facilitate the Scrum process and ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between team players and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome.
• Be aware of Scrum principles and Agile engineering practices.
• Ensure clear communication between the team, the Product Owner, and other stakeholders.
• Assist Product Owner with Product Backlog prioritization.
• Implement process changes to improve team productivity.
• Implement Project Management best practices.
• Remove team impediments and protect the team from outside distractions and interruptions.
• Ensure smooth and seamless quality delivery within sprint timelines.

• Strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 modules – Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory.
• Hands‑on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions like Picking, Put‑away, Task Management Cross docking, Barcode label printing, hand‑held devices/scanners, 3PL.
• Experience designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications (e.g., integrating 3rd Party WMS, Transportation Management, Trade Compliance, excise applications, Weights & Dimensions, EDI with Oracle EBS).
• Knowledge of Transportation Management, PDH/PIM, SCP modules is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master Data Management, Intercompany processes.
• Competency with PL/SQL and familiarity with Supply Chain and WMS database tables.
• Experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle ERP transformations, well versed with Oracle EBS capabilities.
• Responsible for leading requirements elicitation, fit‑gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post‑production support.
• Strong experience in gathering performance requirements and designing solutions for very high transaction volumes, and performance testing of solutions.
• Strong knowledge of European localisations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages.
• Comfortable driving requirements workshops, CRPs and key design discussion sessions with client.
• Oracle certification is mandatory; distribution industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), performance testing tools.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills, strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams.
• Track record of building relationships with CXO level client contacts.
• Managing client escalations as a Solution Architect.
• Onsite‑offshore communication and work management.

• On‑hand experience on the Application and MSCA, involvement in 2–3 WMS implementations & hyper‑care projects.
• Co‑ordinating across tracks with a problem‑solving approach.
