We’re now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our teams in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you’ll combine hands‑on employee support with strategic planning and project delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience, driving engagement, and supporting the attraction and retention of top talent.
This is a flexible opportunity, offering both hybrid and part‑time hours (up to 32 hours per week).
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local legislation and corporate standards.
- Manage employee relations cases and provide expert HR guidance to leaders and staff.
- Drive improvements in HR processes to enhance employee experience and mitigate risk.
- Lead or support cross‑functional HR projects and change initiatives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual merit planning.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Champion engagement, inclusion, and employee development initiatives.

You’ll also bring:
- Strong experience in a generalist HR role
- Knowledge of Dutch and Belgian employment law and ER practices
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Demonstrated success in project and change management
- Confident communicator in both Dutch and English
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships
- Familiar with HR systems and current HR trends
- Bonus: Experience with compensation practices, PVT regulations, or global organisations
