As a Data Technician, you are responsible for the installation, setup, and maintenance of data networks in data centers and for large corporate clients. You work with precision and ensure the quality and reliability of network infrastructure. In this role, you will operate at various locations with leading clients in the eastern Netherlands.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain data networks and cabling in data centers.
• Test and certify network connections and equipment.
• Identify and resolve network malfunctions.
• Configure and optimize network settings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines within data centers.
• Document activities and report to project management.
  
  

• Minimum MBO-level education in electrical engineering, ICT, or a related technical background.
• Experience with network cabling and data networks, preferably within data centers or for large corporate clients.
• Familiarity with fiber optic and copper cable installation.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols and equipment.
• Independent and solution-oriented with an eye for detail and quality.
• Holder of a VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site at client locations.
