THE POSITION
We're searching for enthusiastic teammates that enjoy working in fast-paced workplaces and have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. With a spacious terrace and city views, Holiday Inn Express Almere , can be enjoyed at the restaurant on the ground floor or having a drink at the bar. You will also have the chance to enjoy from our international menu, amazing and delicious dishes and fresh cocktails from the bar. If it is sunny outside, you can relax on the large terrace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes according to the menu and guest preferences.
Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
Ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING?
MBO/HBO or equivalent level of education.
At least 1-2 years of experience within a similar role; experience in Holiday Inn Express hotels is an advantage.
Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of breakfast dishes and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
