Are you looking for an fun job where you can really make a difference in logistics? As a Orderpicker and packer at GXO in Tilburg, you’ll keep the warehouse running smoothly together with your colleagues. Every day is different, and your exact tasks depend on the department you work in:
Online departments:
Picking: Collecting products for customers with the help of a scanner. Making sure every order has the correct items ready to go to Packing.
Packing: Working at a packing station with a computer, where you scan the items and make the order is complete before printing the labels and preparing packages for shipment.
Returns: Checking the quality of returned items to see if they are ready for reselling. Processing returned items, making sure they are restocked or sent back to the supplier.
You’ll work in a friendly, international team where communication and teamwork is key. You won’t be doing this alone—together you make sure all orders are handled quickly and correctly to send to a happy customer.
Retail department:
PBR: On the retail department we handle all items for instore use. Here you can be trained on Picking, Receiving, Put-Away, Allocation, Inbound and Outbound. In this departement you will work with a tight team making sure that all the items for stores get handled with care and efficiantcy from the moment they arrive till the time they leave the warehouse

The location is easy to reach by car from Tilburg, Breda, Oosterhout, Etten-Leur, 's Hertogenbosch and Rijen.
Wie ben je?Hard requirements:
- You can communicate and read in English (minimum B1 level).
- You are physically fit enough for standing and walking work.
- You can work in a morning shift or in a two-shift rotation.
- You have your own housing and transport.
- You can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
- You are available Fulltime or Parttime. You can work from Monday to Saturday in different shifts. You choose whether you prefer a morning shift or a two-shift system.
Morning shift:
06:00 – 14:45
06:15 - 15:00
06.30 - 15.15
Afternoon shift
14:45 – 23:30
15:00 - 23:45

- Starting salary: €14.40 per hour
Shift allowances:
Evenings (19:00 – 21:00): €18.00 per hour
Nights (21:00 – 00:00): €19.44 per hour
Saturdays: €21.60 per hour
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (up to €9.20 per day)
- Holiday allowance and paid leave (in line with Dutch law)
