In this role within a world-class engine development center in Eindhoven, you act as the technical architect behind the next generation of powertrain solutions. You bridge the gap between high-end engine development and real-world production by orchestrating the data and logic required for global market release.

Depending on your specific project, your focus will be:

• Compliance & Homologation: Leading technical discussions on emissions to coordinate global certification and type-approval documentation.
• System Optimization: Designing and verifying control concepts using SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) to optimize engine performance and diagnostics.
• Integration: Developing and documenting requirements for critical sub-systems, including cooling, EGR, and OBD monitoring.

Education: An MSc or BSc degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of internal combustion engines, aftertreatment systems (SCR), and diagnostic calibration.

Tooling: Proven experience with MATLAB/Simulink, ATI/INCA, and diagnostic data tools.

Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory for working in this international environment

Initiative: You identify opportunities to improve systems and take the lead in implementing new solutions.

Analytical Ability: You can integrate information from various sources to evaluate technical impact accurately.

Collaboration: You thrive in multidisciplinary teams, bringing together diverse insights to reach a common goal.

Detail-Oriented: You maintain high standards of accuracy in documentation and requirements engineering.

Primary Employment Conditions

• A salary commensurate with experience, based on a 40-hour work week.
• Holiday allowance of 8%.

Contract Form

• A fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension with Yacht.
• You will always receive 100% of your salary during the employment.

Secondary Employment Conditions
