Are you an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for helping students find exciting and valuable internship opportunities? What you are going to do- You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for interns, from acquisition and intake with the manager to onboarding
- You will do the first screening of the candidates making sure that only the best candidates will be sent to the hiring manager. You will communicate closely with hiring managers during the whole process
- You will contribute to the improvement of the recruitment process and assist in its implementation
- You will collaborate in a hybrid manner with other Talent Acquisition Specialists and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Graduate Recruitment
- You will represent NN Group at various internship events at MBO, HBO schools, and universities, as well as organise your own events. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for graduates

- Salary between €3,517 and €5,025 depending on your knowledge and experience

Requirements- A higher education level (HBO) and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in (corporate) recruitment
- A positive, customer-focused attitude combined with a strong sense of teamwork
- A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to listen actively and respond to the needs of others
- A practical approach: you take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and think in terms of solutions
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with proficiency in written and spoken forms
