As an Senior Dynatrace Observability Engineer at Atos, you connect logging, metrics, and Real User Monitoring into actionable insights. You help organizations detect issues faster, improve digital experiences, and accelerate innovation through data-driven observability.

At Atos, we are actively expanding our Observability practice, with a strong focus on Dynatrace. Atos and Dynatrace have a long-standing global partnership, and we are looking for engineers and consultants who want to build on that foundation.

What makes this role unique is how we operate. Within Atos, our observability team functions as a close-knit, autonomous unit, a boutique-style team within a large international organization. We work locally on concrete customer challenges, while benefiting from the scale, reach, and knowledge of the global Atos network.

For those who are interested, there are also opportunities to contribute to regional and global initiatives, embedding observability as a standard capability across Atos cloud and datacenter portfolios. For cloud services, this decision has already been made and is currently being rolled out. Similar conversations and implementations are ongoing within local datacenters.

Embedding observability “under the hood” of broader IT portfolios is something many organizations struggle with. At Atos, we have proven that this approach works.

In addition, within the BNN region, Dynatrace is now a standard component in our application development and maintenance proposals, acting as a key enabler for efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.

As an Observability Engineer / Consultant, you make complex IT landscapes transparent and guide customers on their maturity journey towards autonomous operations. You will:

• Implement and configure Dynatrace and other observability tools tailored to customer environments
• Monitor digital value chains, applications, and user behavior, including APM, RUM, and synthetic monitoring
• Design and build custom dashboards, alerts, and integrations
• Automate and standardize observability implementations where possible
• Train users, share insights, and support customers in adoption
• Work closely with engineers, testers, architects, and consultants
• Translate customer needs into smart, measurable observability solutions

• A background as a Developer or DevOps Engineer
• Experience with or strong interest in Dynatrace, Elastic, Grafana, Splunk, or New Relic
• Understanding of modern monitoring concepts such as APM, RUM, synthetic monitoring, and business process monitoring
• A passion for data, insights, and continuous improvement
• Experience with or interest in load or performance testing is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Analytical, curious, proactive, and able to work independently
• A clear growth mindset, focused on continuous learning and improvement
