SAP Solution Architect (EWM, TM, Ariba, BTP, RPA)

As a Solution Architect within the SAP team, you'll be the link between business and IT. You'll design complex SAP architecture and software solutions that enable companies to grow to the next generation of SAP technologies, such as S/4, EWM/TM, Ariba, and BTP. You'll also utilize the latest SAP AI-related solutions. You'll lead the development of the implementation plan and determine the strategy behind the entire project. You bring in-depth process knowledge and can translate and implement this knowledge within the relevant SAP solution. You'll consider operational needs and ensure that technical complexity is kept to a minimum. This includes supporting clients in their choice between, for example, SAP RISE or SAP GROW, determining the right software components, and how they will interact to achieve the desired result.

This role requires the skills to adapt to the unique needs of various sectors (e.g., FMCG, Retail, Utilities, and Manufacturing) and the specific needs of the organizations within these sectors. You possess not only technological expertise but also a deep understanding of the client's needs and objectives. As a true strategist, you are able to apply your knowledge to deliver customized, impactful solutions and translate the client's business strategy into a technology roadmap.

• A completed bachelor's / master's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience as a technology consultant in the field of SAP implementations (S/4, EWM/TM, Ariba, BTP, RPA and the latest AI applications).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large-scale SAP transformation projects.
• Experience in building, designing and implementing SAP systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally and to build and maintain a large business network of strategic relationships.
• Excellent command of soft skills in teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, time management and solution-oriented approach.
• You are proficient in English, both verbally and in writing. If you speak Dutch, this is a really strong bonus (but not essential)
