- Expertise in Compensation & Benefits (80%): Lead the global strategy for Compensation & Benefits in a European document solutions company, managing important Compensation & Benefits issues, and acting as the main point of contact for Sales Company General Managers regarding HR aspects related to Compensation & Benefits.
- Advisory Excellence (10%): Provide thorough HR guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, reward strategies, performance management, learning and development, employer branding, and employment contracts. Serve as a strategic advisor, incorporating HR insights into the overall business strategies.
- HR Practices and Processes Leadership (10%): Encourage the implementation of our client's organizational philosophy within HR departments, maintain compliance controls, and enhance performance through strategic HR practices and processes.
