As our Account Manager, you are the daily face of O My Bag for our retail partners. You strengthen existing relationships, open new doors and make sure every collaboration reflects who we are as a brand. You combine commercial awareness with genuine care for our partners, our product and our impact.

What You'll Do Manage Key Accounts

• ?" Build strong, long?'term relationships with existing wholesale clients, from boutique owners to department store buyers
• ?" Ensure smooth order processes, timely deliveries, and high client satisfaction

Grow Our Global Network

• ?" Identify and onboard new B2B partners in strategic markets
• ?" Support agents and distributors with the right tools, product knowledge, and brand storytelling
• ?" Attend (inter)national trade shows and events (such as CIFF or Trendset) to present our collections and build brand awareness
• ?" Follow up with leads and turn interest into long?'term partnerships

Track Performance & Opportunities

• ?" Monitor sales performance and reorders across accounts
• ?" Share insights with the team to improve service and tailor our sales approach by region or segment
• ?" Share feedback from clients to help shape product development and merchandising

About you

• ?" You have at least 4 years of experience in sales, account management and wholesale (fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus).
• ?" You're commercially minded and customer?'obsessed, always thinking of how to help our partners succeed.
• ?" You're a strong communicator, fluent in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus).
• ?" You're detail?'oriented and organized, even when juggling multiple accounts or deadlines.
• ?" You're comfortable with targets and confident in following up with leads or pitching to new clients.
• ?" You're enthusiastic about sustainability and excited to be part of a purpose?'driven brand.

Meet the team

You'll be joining a team of about 30 talented and energetic professionals with 10+ nationalities.

On a daily basis, you will be working closely with your team (Head of Wholesale, 2 Account Managers and 2 Sales Support Specialists), a passionate and driven team dedicated to growing O My Bag's wholesale presence worldwide.
