- Design, implement, and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) environment.
- Configure and manage workflows, business rules, and event-based processes in Employee Central.
- Work extensively on Employee Central integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange with internal and external systems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant SuccessFactors solutions.
- Support system enhancements, testing cycles, deployments, and post-go-live support activities.
- 6–8 years of professional experience working as a Functional Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) certification.
- Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module .
- Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end HR processes, workflows, and business rules.
- Hands-on expertise in Employee Central Integrations.
- Knowledge and working experience with SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Services.
- Analyze customer HR processes and recommend best-practice SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Design future-state HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure Employee Central objects, permissions, workflows, and business rules with minimal supervision.
- Handle multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Adapt to complex environments and evolving business requirements.
