As a SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant, you will:

• Design, implement, and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) environment.
  
• Configure and manage workflows, business rules, and event-based processes in Employee Central.
  
• Work extensively on Employee Central integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange with internal and external systems.
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant SuccessFactors solutions.
  
• Support system enhancements, testing cycles, deployments, and post-go-live support activities.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6–8 years of professional experience working as a Functional Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors.
  
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) certification.
  
• Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module .
  
• Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end HR processes, workflows, and business rules.
  
• Hands-on expertise in Employee Central Integrations.
  
• Knowledge and working experience with SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Services.
  

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Analyze customer HR processes and recommend best-practice SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  
• Design future-state HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  
• Configure Employee Central objects, permissions, workflows, and business rules with minimal supervision.
  
• Handle multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  
• Adapt to complex environments and evolving business requirements.
