Your Key Responsibilities:- Effective Communication: Engage with customers via email and phone, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Order Flow Management: Oversee the order and quotation processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Customer Support Pro: Address customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and implement necessary changes to ensure satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and expand customer relationships, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Field Experience: Occasionally accompany our Account Managers on customer visits to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a technical organization.
- Experience with B2B clients.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1); fluency in Dutch is required.
- Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
