De Plesman is based in a historic monument, and is currently transformed into a brand-new lifestyle hospitality concept. All the (wonderful - if we can say so) basics are there: an astonishing monumental building, a restaurant, a bar, a gym and meeting rooms. But de Plesman is not your regular hotel, we do things differently around here.

We believe our team members are at the heart of our hotel and make it such a special place. We can’t do this alone though, and hence we are looking for you to make sure all of our guests leave with a bright smile.

● You are not afraid to make bold choices in order to ensure guests have truly amazing experiences. Making the right decision on the spot comes naturally to you.
● You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
What will you be doing?
● Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for the guest, using measuring systems.
● Assist the Restaurant Manager with creating an unique beverage offering.
● Your bar looks always flawless, and is ready for action.
● Prepare fresh garnish for the drinks.
● Making sure there is no one with an empty glass
Small print:
● You’re very passionate about beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic
● You are creative with new trends and demands
● Bartending experience is preferable with a sound of cocktail knowledge
● Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
● You speak English fluently
● You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
