YOUR ROLEAs an Operational Training Lead MHE (Material Handling Equipment), you are responsible for: developing, coordinating, and continuously improving operational training programs within the warehouse. You ensure that operator training is delivered effectively, efficiently, and safely, acting as a trainer of trainers through on‑job training, instruction, and coaching. To achieve these goals, you work closely together with Operations, Workforce, HR, LEAN‑colleagues and Learning & Development professionals. You act as the primary point of contact for all MHE‑related matters and maintain a clear overview of operational activities within the bol. Facilities. Based on data and fleet reporting, you advise Operations on scaling the MHE fleet up or down, including decisions on short‑term versus long‑term rental.
As Operational Training Lead MHE you report to the Manager Operational Training, from multiple locations in Waalwijk.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Structure, coordinate and realize operational training programs.
- Provide training and instructions for the trainers.
- Formulate and develop the operational training policy.
- Take care of the implementation, follow‑up and reporting of the operational training policy.
- You work closely together with your colleagues to improve the training programs.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or a MBO4 diploma.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a large logistics operation.
- Experience with development and training of employees and working with reachtrucks or EPTs.
- You are communicative and have no trouble giving feedback.
- Decisiveness and understanding are words that define you.
- You’re full‑time available and can read and write English on a professional level.

Also good to know:- You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.754,63 and € 3.793,13 and 8 % vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level).
