As Head of SDRs, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will be responsible for further developing and implementing a winning sales strategy for our SDR team, and you will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of SDRs
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the SDR team
- Coach and mentor SDRs to achieve their full potential
- Set clear targets and track progress against KPIs
- Develop and implement playbooks and processes for SDRs
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with the wider sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing a sales development team
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles;
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Data-driven and analytical
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for energy and sustainability (a plus!)
