What will you do:
As the Operations Manager for EMEA Digital Direct Marketing, you will serve as the organizational champion for project and process excellence for all digital owned channels. You will lead across a matrix of digital professionals focused on executing day-to-day operations. Disciplined teamwork will be key, partnering across core operational functions including brand marketing, creative production, merchandising, email production, app production and the website. With the input and buy-in from these teams, you drive the creation, prioritization, and timely delivery of seasonal digital marketing content contributing to success and premium brand experience.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Be the operational center of excellence through digital brand category lens;
Drive key gates and dates on project deliverables according to a seasonal game plan;
Have a holistic story level overview and make sure it translates to a seasonal editorial calendar with detailed programming;
Work back on resource planning with relevant stakeholders;
Enforce best-in-class’ processes on content creation;
Identify opportunities for improvement, pro-actively propose and seek scalable solutions;
Track and evaluate KPIs on a project and seasonal basis;
Keep up to date and educate stakeholders on tool and technology capabilities hand in hand with Tech Ops;
Ensure strong Global connection while driving seasonal content adaptation;
Enable and aid territory level content creation across EMEA.
Who are you:
1-3 years of experience in an operational/project management role preferably in a marketing environment;
Ability to work in a matrix organization and communicate with different stakeholders;
Ability to work in a rapidly changing & evolving digital environment;
Strong communication skills and ability to clarify or resolve discrepancies;
Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize a varied workload with multiple stakeholders;
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity;
Ability to drive complex processes and workflows and educate stakeholders.
