Implementation Consultant

TapRaise is a SaaS company located in Breda, entirely focused on the optimization of fundraising. Our clients include 65+ NGOs and industry-leading fundraising agencies. We count on an extensive network and have more than ten years of digital product development experience.

We currently have 11 employees, of which 7 are developers, 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master, 1 Account Executive, and the founder.

As an Implementation Consultant, you play a crucial role in deploying and integrating the company's products and services within our clients' organizations. This requires flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to tackle the diverse challenges that arise in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

At TapRaise, we embrace the flexibility and benefits of a hybrid work environment (minimum two times a week on-site). You might also need to visit customers at their locations.

• You have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English - both spoken and written.
• Customization: Analyze and understand client needs to offer customized solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee implementation from planning to execution.
• Technical Setup: Manage software installation and system integration.
