We are currently on the lookout for a Senior SAP Payroll Specialist to join them on a long-term freelance mission. The correct candidate has extensive technical experience, specifically around configuration and implementation of the SAP Payroll system.
This role will focus on delivering end-to-end SAP Payroll solutions, from blueprinting through integration and quality assurance, ensuring successful client onboarding into the environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement SAP Payroll solutions
- Conduct blueprinting workshops to gather client requirements and design tailored payroll solutions.
- Support data cleansing, mapping, and conversion activities, ensuring accurate integration with client systems.
- 5–7 years’ experience as an SAP HR/Payroll Consultant, with strong configuration and design skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation.
- Strong consulting ability to map business requirements into SAP, minimizing implementation risk.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in project delivery, client engagement, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Duration: Long-term freelance contract – 6 months initial with extension
- Hybrid: 1 or 2 days per week onsite – can be flexible
- Start Date: ASAP – as late as January acceptable
