With your practical knowledge of shipbuilding and theoretical background, you speak the language of our clients and know how to articulate the path to improvement for them.
Floorganise is looking for an experienced and driven Shipbuilder/Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be proactively involved with your own portfolio of shipyards.
With your deep understanding of the operational challenges faced by shipyards and your enthusiasm for improvement, you will effectively communicate with clients and partners across Europe. Together with your colleagues in the Netherlands and Spain, you will lead both large and small initiatives to translate our vision into solutions for end-users on the production floor at these clients. In our implementation projects, you will analyze data and processes, configure Floor2Plan, make improvement suggestions, train users, and coordinate everything necessary to successfully deliver a function and excite the client or end-user.
