Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the full lifecycle of internal and external projects.
- Visit customers and project sites to discuss, review, and evaluate current and upcoming projects.
- Prepare detailed project proposals, including cost and time estimations, aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain close communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop and manage technical documentation and ensure accurate archiving.
- Provide technical support to Service, Workshop, and Parts departments with accurate input on requests and orders.
- Drive the development and market growth of assigned products.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and webinars.
- Support product implementation and adapt go-to-market plans to maximize results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (recent graduates and young professionals are welcome to apply).
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in the maritime industry (internships and entry-level experience are valued).
- Solid technical knowledge of engines and turbines.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP SBO is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Living in the Antwerp region.
- Applicants must be legally able to work in Belgium and travel freely within the EU (no visa sponsorship available).
