What you do:
As a reservations and customer service representative, you'll assist clients across Europe with their bookings, payments, and account questions, whether by phone, email, live chat, or social media. You'll be the go-to person for customers looking to book, change, or cancel their reservations, and your clear communication and problem-solving skills will ensure every interaction goes smoothly. Whether your project is in travel, hotels, or lifestyle services, you'll become an expert and help make each customer experience seamless. What we offer- Full-time position of 32-40 hours per week.
